Refund and Returns Policy

At Hermetic Wear, each item is made to order. Because of this, we maintain a balanced return policy designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our production process.

Return Eligibility (30 Days)

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • The item you received is incorrect
  • The item does not meet expected quality standards
  • You are requesting a size exchange (see below)

Non-Returnable Situations

Because all products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection without exchange request
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Minor variations in color or print placement

Size Exchanges (Allowed)

We allow size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 30 days
  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs

Restocking Fee

For eligible returns that are not due to damage, defect, or error on our part:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount

This fee helps offset production and processing costs associated with made-to-order items.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. No restocking fee will apply.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused by the customer
  • Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

Then:

  • The order may be subject to return shipping fees and/or a restocking fee
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Shipping address is correct and complete
  • Selected size, color, and product details are accurate

We are not responsible for errors made during checkout.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • A 10% restocking fee may be deducted where applicable
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
